Built for Better Apparel is a nod to the survivors who turn the page, who persevere day in and day out to show the world a different reality from which they came.

Our mission is to spread the idea of 'Being true to yourself' by letting go of past grievances, and to embrace the idea of letting your true self 'bloom'.

The concept originates from the direct correlation between a person's independent self satisfaction with who they are, and the positive or negative effects they have on others.

When a person is fully 'in bloom' - happy with their true self, uninhibited by the guilt, shame, or other negative emotions inflicted upon them - they are not only able to have the confidence to live their life to its fullest potential, but also provide positive inspiration for others.

However, when a person lets resentments build up from lack of personal satisfaction, they repeat these harsh behaviors towards others. The compounding mental toll from modern society is undoubtedly burdensome.

If not 'let go', this mental toll becomes a physical toll. Recent clinical medical studies have shown that individual cells within a body are affected greatly by a person's mindset. Constant stress and negative emotion spread 'tension' throughout the body.

Without release, this tension compounds further and further and results in rapid aging, sickness and eventually death.

This body-tension build up has been 'cured' for the last few decades with instant gratification distractions. Distractions like sex addiction, gambling and alcohol mask the underlying problem and have devastating rebounding effects.

Built for Better Apparel is for those who choose to move on and live life to their fullest, embodying every single moment - letting all of their cells capture the greatness it is to be human and ALIVE.
